Returning Your Product: You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.

Items That Can't Be Returned: While we strive to accommodate all returns, please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include final sale items.
Return Fees: If you're returning your product due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction, or if no issue is found upon inspection, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price. Additionally, a shipping fee of up to AED 40 may be charged. Please note that these fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once the products have been received by us and approved for refund, it will take about 15 days for the refund to be credited to customer's account.
